Official Website of "Providing football in the community for boys and girls of all ages" We are a charter standard youth football club, with age groups from Under 7's to Under 18's, boys and girls welcome! Our teams compete in the Colchester and District Youth League and we play our games at Highwoods Sports Centre. The club was formed in 1975 and has been growing ever since, with 14 teams competing last season. |

The informal game that was played on the streets, parks and in the playgrounds by children of previous generations and to a lesser extent this generation, had many constraints in terms of where the game was played, the number, age and ability of the players and the equipment available. Do these constraints help to produce the basics that are needed to develop more imaginative and creative players with good touch? Is it beneficial that we bring some of these constraints into a more formal football environment? Under 10's Reds looking ahead to 11-a-Side Opportunity for Under 13’s Players… Colchester Villa Under 13’s Blues are an established B league team who train on Tuesday Evenings and Saturday Mornings. We are looking for 2 or 3 strong, fast and commanding players who have either played in the B League before, at a higher level, or believe they are ready to step up to a higher league. Ideally we want someone who is just as comfortable with the ball at his feet looking to start attacks as he is tackling and organising his team mates.
